A favourite when seen in early 70s but seen again for first time in 50 years it was average western. Not the chess game about river sides I remembered.

Predictable and sentimental but acting excellent and great direction. Keeps interest even though you know where it’s going.

Very funny, deeply moving, brilliantly acted, makeup (Wains ageing) and cinematography incredible, a little long and just a few too many cats😉Excellent film.

Watched 10 minutes as it wasn’t clear at first whether it was genuine American journalism or just pro Trump alt right prejudice against Obama. Soon became clear with Fox personalities well known ultra right wing campaigners, references to the Swamp etc and even Trump family involvement where it was going. Who put the money up? I can guess.

Intriguing in parts but highly pretentious. Unless a musician or Blanchett fan not worth two hours.

Very very slow but great acting as expected. At one point Lowry cuts up his paintings snd threatens to burn them. I really wanted him to do either to his mother.
