Dominic Briere

I have literally seen this movie about 50 times and I never get bored of it. It's a must see for any sci fi fan. It's so tense, so well acted and written, beautifully shot with awesome action / horror set pieces. It's (almost) up there with Aliens in my opinion. Just do yourself a favour and watch it!

I'm a die hard RE player and fan and I LOVED this show. Don't listen to the miserable, dumb, think they're so clever people who have left bad reviews. Spoiler free summary of why I (and probably you) will love it, most definitely if you are an action / zombie / RE game fan. 1) Really strong plot which is relentlessly entertaining/ full of action / scares, twists and surprises that I never saw coming. It all feels very much like it could be a true RE game plot at its core. 2) Really high production values - great script, really well directed, superlative CG (and I work in movie CG creation), great acting. Brilliantly produced 3) So many RE references / Easter eggs - and actually not just RE, the series nods to so many classic horror movies that only true fans will get but they are done in a way that doesn't feel forced. I loved seeing what they'd do next. 4) Main characters well written and clever storytelling hooks you in to getting behind them. 5) It manages to feel fresh - which isn't easy for this now we'll trodden genre. Didn't do all the cliches you might expect. 6) Sets up a really exciting S2 BAM! If you are more of a David Lynch fan say then of course I'd say it might not be for you. One of the best/ fun / bingeworthy things I've seen so far this year.
