Excellent acting. Excellent script. The real star is food and how it grips the characters and summons their creativity. There is a controlled chaos that is thrilling yet exhausting to watch. You ask why would anyone want to do this kind of work? The food of course. This is a fascinating show that takes you inside the restaurant kitchen to reveal all of art and angst that goes into a simple sandwich. A must see.
