The movie was definitely better than the two previous dull ones Disney put out, in fact the best out of the three. But it still felt underwhelming. (Spoiler) The return of the previous villains and Spideys is what made it better and set apart, otherwise it would've been like the rest. The beginning is slow but towards the middle and then it gets better. Despite the cast, however, I felt they could've add better dialogues between the Spideys, and more with Tobey and Otto and Osborn (they didn't even talk about Harry, probably because of the problems the actor is facing). Sandman barely talked, and Dr. Strange was taken out of convenience for the plot. The best character was the Green Goblin and made the movie enjoyable and watchable. Overall, 3.5/5.
