Just finished VotF. Great anthology of 13 stories in the Black Tide Rising universe. All very good reads, with my two favorites being "Alpha Gamers" by Griffin Barber, and "The Killer Awoke" by John Birmingham, which I would like to see a full novel written. "Inhale to the King, Baby!" is a fun read, though I doubt a "kingdom" that smokes that much ganja would last long. And "It Just Might Matter in the End" tells the background story of the ISS team, and NASA ground team, and how they make splashdown in (I think) "Islands of Rage & Hope."
