I’ve thoroughly have enjoyed the game and have almost completed the story. Lots of negative reviews online from people upset with the game not reaching their expectation. Most of which I personally find to be way to high for a game meant to also be playable by children. Or even worse they’ve admitted they haven’t even played the game and have watched via streamers on which or worse they were playing a pirated version of the game. The map is anything but empty, and there’s are many fun side missions that really explore how Pokemon and people live with one another. The buildings sure are a little flat but they’re actually more of maze/meant to be a puzzle on how to get around, making the hunt a little tougher. People have such high expectations for a $70 game ($90 with dlc) but I believe that it’s totally worth it. People spend more going out for cocktails for a few hours yet will complain about prices. Not factoring in the careers these games support.
