I just finished watching Rebel Moon. I give it a 9.1/10. My first impression was the visuals were stunning. It's compared to Star Wars but I think it holds its own. It looks better than Star Wars. The fight scenes looks incredibly natural. Kora made me believe what she was fighting for. Sofia Boutella's acting was quite good. I think she has the potential for more. I read some reviews about a bad or unsatisfying cliffhanger ending. I don't know what these people are talking about. It feels like a standalone movie. I feel satisfied but I also like the Part 2 trailer made me want to see the second movie. I'm just glad I don't have to wait one year for it. Also, the twist was unexpected. The heroes had back stories that could be explored further in the future. I'm really happy Netflix chose to bump up the premiere.
