We went to watch Kantara: Chapter One, and honestly, it’s an amazing film! The story takes place in the year before the events of the original Kantara, which makes it even more interesting. The first half could have been a bit shorter, as a few scenes feel slightly disconnected. If around 20–25 minutes were trimmed, the film would have felt tighter and more engaging. Talking about the overall experience, the biggest highlights are the music and Rishab Shetty’s outstanding performance — absolutely top-notch! The VFX work is excellent and very smooth, making the entire viewing experience truly enjoyable. I feel this movie has a distinct audience, especially those who love Kannada cinema — they’ll connect with it the most. Overall, Kantara: Chapter One is a solid film — definitely worth watching! 🎬🔥
