Interesting concept so figure out whether one is playing finite (sports games, quarterly results, sales targets etc) or infinite games (careers, family, learning) and to focus on the latter and the importance of understanding the differences. Quick read and provides food for thought. Some of the company examples were ones other writers have focused on (Apple) while others he was critical of (Kodak, Wells Fargo) have been well covered by others. Overall a good read.
