Interesting, topical, frequently funny, didn't seem overlong, new twist on the obligatory Car Chase Scene. Well acted, but isn't everything these days? Sean Penn, great as usual but he looked to be about 10 years past retirement age when the movie started. And then 16 years went by and somehow he looked younger! Where did 16 year old Willa learn to drive ... while handcuffed? Anyway, very good, 7.9, but won't unseat Pulp Fiction.
