An absolute waste of time that feels nothing like a Dragon Age game and more like a cheap spinoff made by completely different people. About the only positive thing I can say about this "game" is that it runs smoothly. Beyond that, the art design is more whimsical and cartoony than dark and grounded, the RPG elements are almost non existent (your choices barely matter). The combat, while smooth, is repetitive and the characters and their dialogue are absolutely cringe inducing. Whatever Bioware once was is long gone and all that remains is a hollow husk that shares nothing in common with it's former self, other than a name.

Though this game has some pretty visuals, animations and environments, that's the last of the praise I can give this game. The combat and traversal feels clunky and dated, making little improvement on the original but is still passable. But the last of us was never about combat or graphics, it was about story and character development, which is where The Last of Us part 2 falls utterly flat. Not only does this story fail on every level, not to mention the characters are boring and unlikeable, but it somehow manages to ruin the original, knowing now the fate of Joel and Ellie. If you loved The Last of Us, don't play part 2. Just enjoy the memories you had of the first and don't let them become tainted by the 2020 abomination.

Horrible in every sense of the word.
