A dull, bizarre, and disconnected mishmash of a "storyline" that plodded along at times coming to a near dead stop as I kept waiting for something, anything, to develop that could redeem it. This is one supremely bad film, and reading the 5 star reviews I am convinced that a good deal of time and money was spent by the producer(s) buying these "glowing" accolades. Anyone who can make it to the end of this mess should be rewarded for their optimism, perseverance and ability to stay awake (or perhaps they didn't) by having their ticket price rewarded at the very least. Only if you are weary of endless Marvel adventure movies and sicko slasher tales should you consider seeing, nope just kidding, still do not waste your time on this stinker.
Postscript:
After delving a little more into the storyline of this movie it seems that those who found it appealing and mildly entertaining were in fact those who recognized familiar scenes and milestones of their early 1970s experience in LA. In that regard, it would have been kind to let viewers know that unless that was their experience, it will have all of the entertainment power of attending your spouses high school reunion and watching a video full of experiences and people that are utterly unknown to you.
