For a film made 25 years ago the directing and acting was phenomenal. Of course, the substance use was not entirely accurate and over exaggerated the ‘speed’ at which they were going when some scenes where sped up when they clearly were only smoking mj. However, the mother’s psychosis and H withdrawals hold true to reality. The reality of being a (DA) was all captured in this one movie. You will do things you normally wouldn’t do, pushing you beyond your limits until you’re nothing but an empty shell of your former self. I would highly recommend this movie if you want to get rid of your curiosity.
