Bill or Ben, whatever the name(the owner) and Nancy(the manager) are very nasty people and their establishment is a reflection of that. Nancy(the manager) treats black people in a poor manner. This behavior was reported to the owner(Bill/Ben) and what he had to say about Nancy attitude was, "they are all nasty and rude to people of color like you."
