I love this movie!! The clay animation just adds so much to the story and overall feel. Tim Burton's slight morbidity and introduction to the 'darker' side of the holidays in still, a child-like way is really incredible. My kids have always love this film and I introduced it to each of them at around 3 years old. They were not afraid of the movie, but fascinated. It allows them to begin to explore the idea that not every thing has rainbows and butterflies. It's an innocent Halloween classic?
