The GOAT open world game. I love it. It feels so alive, and the writing is good too. High quality historical fiction with interesting philosophical questions.

It’s weird and slow at parts, but I don’t understand why it’s getting such negative reviews. I thought it was an interesting exploration of some pretty important topics- mental illness, institutionalization, religious followings, the justice system… and of course the acting is incredible. The musical numbers were occasionally too drawn out and that made me zone out, but most of them were good and fit the same vibe as the dance numbers from the first movie.
