The book was a fast read however very redundant plot and got a bit overwhelming with the Russian dolls that wasn't as significant as the author intended it to be. Did not need to have 300 pages. However the ending was good as Layla being Ellen explained a lot.

The author tried to tell a gripping story. But the narration was very poor. Without clear narrative even the most intense or a gripping story can sound or seem very unsatisfying for a reader. To summarize an intense story but very poorly written . Could have been a lot better . Disappointed!!
