Never read the book, so I have nothing to compare this show to. That being said, this show is amazing. The soundtrack they produced to go with the show is also amazing. So amazing that it breaks my heart that Daisy Jones and the Six isn’t a real band. There’s so much chemistry between the cast members. They could’ve made this show last for so many seasons if they didn’t stay true to the book. I loved everything about this show, especially the fact that Daisy Jones and the Six is supposed to be (VERY) loosely based around Fleetwood Mac. The characters, the drama, the music, the costumes, just completely transports you back to the 70s. If you need a new show to binge this is it. You will be captivated right from the start. Just try not to get too attached because there will probably never be a season two, since they’re staying true to the book in that sense.
