There are too many repetitive jokes. It's great to see a movie about the journey of pregnancy/birth, and how friends/family fit into it. The jokes do get real

Too much exposition. The acting is okay. I hate how they tried to cram in all these different storylines from the animated series into the first season, like the blue spirit. I get that they wanted to make this more mature, but chopping up scenes that were great from the animated series is blasphemy. The storylines are too scattered. The CGI is really good. The writing for these characters are terrible: Sokka, Zuko, King Bumi, General Zhao, and Suki. Hopefully next seasons scripts are improved. A lot of Aang's lines are super cheesy and tried to be too adult/mature. Seriously, I hope the script is better next season. Honestly, most of the scenes/writing seems like a parody of itself. Well, still better than the movie. Which is a super low bar to clear.
