Thought provoking historical period drama. There were numerous interruptions where mood switched mid scene from a film production to a live stage performance. Totally unbalancing my equilibrium. Lastly, “Broke Back Mountain” vibes throughout added confusion to the authenticity of presumed historical relevance.
