Dull and overdone
Reader is very monotone and dull. The information could be summed up in one article. Most of book are examples that don't relate to any of his experiences and habits
main problem with the book is that everything could've been condensed into a 30 page book. The endless stories and analogies are just fillers. Typical self help book that keeps repeating the same concept over and over again. No practical step by step guide. Just an overall frustrating read.
