If you like D&D it's good for you, but if you don't like long drawn out forced areas and nothing be explained to you, then this game isn't for you. I picked this game up because of the hype around it and as a trophy hunter it was another game to enjoy, or so I thought. It took me 250 hours to plat the game which took 2 playthroughs. You might think that's good and it's full of content. Well.. not quite. It's a lot of exploration sure, but it's needlessly big and a lot of things are missable. Going big for the sake of going big was bad for this game imo. I probably spent 120 of those 250 hours sleeping irl as well, I've never fallen asleep playing a game so much. Had to force myself to keep going, for WAY longer than it should have. Long drawn out games that are stale and have only decent characters and music is a recipe for failure yet it got GOTY. DON'T let that fool you, this is an extremely overrated game and feels incomplete and watered down to cater to those without imagination.
