I see the countless 5 star reviews and I'm here to explain why my brain can't even start to comprehend the idea of this game "being good". I heard much about this game being "fun" and "having a great storyline". Is it fun? -This game moves slower than a derailed freight train for literally no reason other than the dumbest teen high-school drama you'd ever hear in your lifetime. When the snail paced story isn't playing, you are either walking around at half the speed of smell or, if your lucky, it gives a cut to a random psychiatrist that asks the dumbest questions, literally on repeat. -It's a choice driven game where every time it gives any sort of option, your options are "do you want to do something REALLY dumb or would you like to do something even MORE dumb?". Then you have to choose. Does it really have a good story? -**I'm going to go ahead an save you the trouble and spoil this story** -This is about roughly a dozen spoiled rotten, rich, teenage/young adults' who literally cannot keep their pants on long enough to turn the lights on in the multimillion dollar cabin they are in or long enough argue about their partner cheating on them literally in front of their own eyes, or how their ex(s) just got done wanting to f around with them literally around the corner from their current partner. Slap that onto their insufferable childlike personalities and their low double digits IQ and you have this game in the bag.

So sick of 'Nintendo (Japan)' taking ALL negative reviews off the internet to make their trash look and sound better. It's a cheap game. A "cash grab" written by cheap people. Want a good Pikmin game? Go buy 1&2. Everyone saying that 3 was good for co-op is absolutely nuts. 3 was a complete dumpster fire too. Nintendo should be ashamed.

*Edit from 1 star* This game definantly turned around after the updates (for me at least). I started with a Sorc on tier 2 and died NON-STOP! It was SO not fun. But after the updates, I started playing other characters and they are SO much better! Much more fun. Better builds. The game is no longer a slog. I'm months in and playing these new builds are definitely changed my outlook on the game. I've gotten my $70 out of it and I would recommend giving it a try if you are a Diablo fan or a "build gamer". It definantly deserves more than a 2.2 rating as of now.
