Very flat, nothing happens really. The characters could've been more complex, the politics could've been more real - full of intrigues... enemies to lovers? i did not see any enimity, at all...just rich kids, and occasionally adults throwing tantrums; and all problems are solved easily, no real issues or antagonists. Young readers may relate to the pop culture and life-style, am sure. In my personal opinion not worth the hype.
