This is a amazing tv show that really brings to light major issues that were and still are very prevalent. Racism, sexism,homophobia all brought under scrutiny in this show. It also points out about the residential schools which displayed disgusting, vile behaviour and misuse of Authority that can still be found today in these hidden schools. As a real lover of this show we NEED season 4 of Anne with a E !!!

This needs to be pushed everyone needs to see this. I never cry at anything and I balled my eyes out to this. It really shows what happens to family’s that lose their kids to school shootings. This is a tragic truth that needs to be shared so people that are thinking about doing a terrible thing like a school shooting take a second thought. This was amazing and deeply meaningful give it a watch if you haven’t yet.

I love the show it’s a great follow on from the avatar the last air bender and I wish it had more seasons. A lot of people have complained that this series still leaves us with unknowns, about zukos mum for example, but this show isn’t about following on the story from avatar the last air bender it’s about korras story and what she does with her life. Whilst this is annoying, as many of us would love to find out about the cliff hangers, we can’t judge this series badly because it didn’t follow what our expectations of it was going to be . This series has a amazing story in each season and shows korra thriving and struggling just as everybody else does. I read a comment about the fact that korra didn’t fully help herself so that means it’s not empowering her as a women, but I think quiet the opposite. it’s showing that it’s ok to take/ask for help just as many people do and should. And to the rest of the comment about having her life changed by a man twice also means she’s not being empowered is ridiculous. This is because in our world we aren’t all equal our lives are changed by men so why should they give if the unrealistic expectation that this world is perfect, and are able to act like no other outside influences could change how korras life is lived. This show is real and raw. It’s shows the characters going through ups and downs just like normal people. And also shows that not everything always goes to plan. This shows younger people that life isn’t always perfect and you just have to push harder for what you believe in and are trying to do. If you are looking for a series that is just a follow on for Aangs life after defeating the fire lord this is not for you. However if u think you would enjoy watching another young avatars life then give it a go.
