I didn't think there was ever a back story to 101 Dalmatians. But this film not only manages to create one, but then also makes no one so incredibly boring that you might find yourself searching your phone for funny animal videos.
Seriously, this is a terrible, trainwreck of a film. For the love of humanity, avoid.
