It basically opens with pedophilia. It was simply too much for me. I kept thinking “maybe there will be context that helps tie in this topic” by chapter 8 I could tell that this was a fabulously talented writer with a deep inner world but couldn’t get beyond the aspects of sexual violence. I ended up throwing it in the trash.
