I hadnโt even heard about this film two hours prior to watching it. It brought back memories of the insanity & paranoia from the period; The Covid-19 Virus is & was real, though bio engineered to reduce the population; Government has doing things such as this for decades, be it HIV, or other means to target different groups of individuals deemed unfit to live among society, except this virus was different in that it was indiscriminate in who it targeted; it took the lives of many from all walks of life in itโs intent to lower the population.
Further, it was a litmus test to see just how far the government can go in controlling the populationโs thoughts & actions; Masking, Social Distancing, etc.
It was a very treasonous exercise carried out by Fauci & others who engineered the coronavirus genetically with depopulation of the masses in mind.
As to the films depiction of the small town of Eddington, NM having riots, etc; I felt that aspect of the film was a tad farfetched, as was Sheriff Crossโs Mother-in-law, who throughout most of the film was portrayed as someone suffering from dementia suddenly becoming a spokesperson for the Bio Engineering Company controlling the town & itโs citizens. These things aside, I thought it was a decent film with the violence a bit over the top.
