**SPOILERS!** The movie was good! The visuals were stunning, and Hiccup and Toothless were as adorable as ever. The friendship between those two is as strong as ever in this film, but the movie itself felt lacking in some areas. **SERIOUSLY, STOP READING IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HAVE THE WHOLE THING SPOILED! READ AT YOUR OWN RISK!** Anyway! The movie had a lot of build up to the battle at the end with the villain. But the battle itself wasn't very intense, and ended fairly quickly with the villain getting dropped into the sea....and drowning. The villain himself was sort of flat in character, and they didn't give a good explanation for his passion of killing dragons. The ending was cute, but could have been better. The fact that the dragons just left their riders without much remorse was kind of disappointing. It was also sad that Toothless was able to pick up and leave with the Light Fury, without even visiting Hiccup. Like, if he and his mate came and visited him every now and then that would be adorable. But the ending made it seem like they never intentionally* (*I could be wrong) visited each other....which is a bit depressing. I must say, the fact that they did at least see each other one more time with their kids (even if it was by accident) was cute!! That last scene had me tearing up. There was lack of a plot twist, and it was very predictable. The music score was beautiful, but lacked a lot of the consistency with the past two movies. Outside of that, it was a cute movie! It definitely was a good conclusion to the series, but could have been better (in my option). But anyway! I do recommend seeing it first and making your own opinions! Just because it was a little unsatisfactory for me, doesn't mean you won't love it. :)
