It's a little strange to watch a show from 2003...it actually shows how much farther we've come in terms of diversity and race jokes. I'm okay with race jokes as long as there's a diverse cast or the jokes make a point. I wish the characters would have protested more and said "hey that's racist" more often when these racist comments or incidents popped up.
Otherwise it's a good premise. Maybe if the concept were revisted today and the show remade it could do better.
