Another doco attempting to vilify red meat under the guise of vilifying processed meat. 7th Day Adventist church group must be so desperate to convey their lies across, they need Netflix to do this.
This documentary is laughable because I know the truth behind the science of red meat. The lies and lack of evidence based on red meat, whilst vilifying eggs as a risk for CVD, what a load of BS. This doco is equivalent to the food pyramid that we all thought was the guide to healthy eating, created by people who only had a vested interest and no interest in actual healthy eating.
