Best Spiderman movie. Probably one of the beat superhero movies as well. I say ignore the bandwagons. Does not suffer from too many villains like everyone is saying because this one only introduces Rhino in two short scenes, in this while Venom, New Goblin, and Sandman have pretty much equal screen time in Spiderman 3.
