“A Little Life” is the type of book that will make you stop reading, put the book down, and really think about how you see people. The book slowly builds momentum towards a topic that is not publicly discussed, yet should be, and leaves you wondering if you have personally met people similar to the characters in the story, that have lived a similar little life. The book is devastating in a beautiful way, brilliantly written, and easily one the top 5 best books I’ve ever read. Take caution though. This book will tear you apart emotionally.
