I didn't like the new series as much as the original movie. I think it had the potential to be fantastic but didn't quite deliver. The graphics were under par for such a well renowned movie remake with big name backing from both the BBC and Netflix. The story was substantially changed but didn't always add to the story, especially the pointless General Woundwort back story. It seems to have been made for a more adult audience, and which seems at odds with its original purpose as a modern parable for kids and adults about man's despoiling of the natural world. I also found that the action was difficult to follow due to the visual similarity between the rabbits.
