I seriously could not stop watching this series! It is definitely binge worthy at its finest. The chemistry between Steven Yeun (Danny) and Ali Wong (Amy) is mesmerizing and off the charts. I loved all the characters really. George, Paul, Isaac, Fumi, and June were my favorite stand outs. The whole cast is a dynamic ensemble and makes it such a fun watch for dark comedy lovers. The series touches on various facets of the human experience relatable to anyone and everyone regardless of background or socioeconomic status. Yeun (Danny) and Wong (Amy) live polar opposite lives until they collide upon their initial altercation that is, unraveling a series of rollercoaster events. Their “beef” escalates to more severe consequences intertwining their lives and the ones around them. The series puts into perspective the power and force behind our actions and how trauma can follow us into adulthood when we neglect emotional and mental health. Each episode catapults an insane twist from the last and it will keep you at the edge of your seat. The 90’s soundtrack is a nice touch as well. Riveting, original, and thought provoking. A must watch!!!
