It is a psychological melodrama and mystery. It draws you in emotionally and cognitively as it progresses. For me, the al plot is not important, while loyalties, human frailties, attachments, insecurities and jealousy are fascinating. The mental illness and behaviours are not explained by the bipolar diagnosis, and more likely borderline personality and PTSD are a better explanation of the heroine’s predicament. She does not seem to be well treated by her psychiatrist. As a physician I am enjoying the drama and the acting as of episode 7.
