A white person cannot claim that racism doesn’t exist, and has been created by the media. He comes across as a self centered, attention seeking, mean spirited man. Using people and setting them up to be the butt of your “jokes” proves those claims. The movie is thought provoking but how much you like it probably reflects your own personal and political views. This movie certainly will not move the needle on equity in our society.

I hated this movie. I love Emma Stone and Mark Ruffalo. I don't like Willem Defoe. It seemed like a massive waste of resources-all of those people's time and talent, down the tubes. It's visually interesting. It's an hour too long. What the point or purpose is, eluded me. It actually made me angry and it was disturbing. I think it's trying to masquerade as feminist but I found it to be the opposite.
