GFWR has changed my life. I started watching and walking via the You Tube videos but joined the membership over two years ago and never looked back. When you join GFWR you are joining a community of likeminded people, all wanting to improve their fitness and loose/ maintain weight. There is a massive selection of workouts from step walking workouts to HIIT, Cardio, strength and the programs as life changing. I have dropped three dress sizes in a year after completing the programs Rick has launched and listening to the advice talks/ videos. We even have live talks with Rick during the workout programs. The VIP Facebook page has been a massive support to me during my weight loss Journey. The support you get is tenfold and you have some fun too. I seriously can’t remember my life before GFWR. If you are thinking of joining, just do it, you have nothing to loose ( apart from weight) and everything to gain. It will change you!
