I would wait for a free mp weekend and recommend trying it out before you buy it. Campaign is cool. Zombies are mindless anyway so hard to rate that but if you like that thing it’s cool. The multiplayer isn’t anything like I expected it to be. Maybe because it’s the bo version but it isn’t anything like mw. If you’ve fallen in love with mw the past 2 years then you need to realize this is different than how the mechanics and gun fights work on mw. It feels like a different game kinda. Not bad but different so just realize that going in and taper expectations because it’s not anywhere near as good or fun to play in practice. There are some nice things it has that mw doesn’t and the gun system looks to be easier to manage but it doesn’t outway the fact that basic mechanics of the game don’t seem to translate from mw to cw. It’s like I have to learn how to play a brand new game and some of those things should translate better from version to version. Maybe it’s the different engine maybe not but i play on a pc with an 8 core i9700k, 2080 super with an aw 240hz refresh monitor with all graphics settings at lowest possible. Im getting 220 plus fames and on mw i think about shooting and its so responsive but on cw I can’t win a gun fight for some reason. Its laggy and has input lag and I just want to point out that the beta didn’t feel like a huge jump across versions. I leveled 2 guns to max in the weekend it was available. My guns are at level 3 right now on live lol. Maybe I just completely forgot how to play the last couple weeks lol. Just try it out before you drop 80 quid.
