I honestly don't understand the positive reviews for this. This movie is so boring and schmaltzy, full of setups and contrivances, like someone took the highlights of their diary and tried to make an inspiring story. It could've been so much more interesting but the direction was weak, and the story sanitized, disjointed and pandering. What utter garbage.
