After staying in this hotel for nearly 5 days we will not return. Customer service was not good. First off, when asking the housekeeper for a body-wash dispenser refill when returning to my room #1402, she did not provide it. She was outside my door and failed to provide the requested assistance. I then went to the front counter and tactfully advised we needed a soap dispenser refill. They brought a small bar of hand soap - again failure to provide requested service. Next, we ate breakfast in lobby only find coffee was luke warm - (really). $65 dollars for lukewarm coffee & a subpar breakfast is unacceptable. Finally $75 dollars to park in the garage as a guest is ridiculous. The hotel is old and certainly not the best. We liked music venues at night; however, noted soiled seating in lobby areas - again unacceptable. We will not stay here again - not will we provide recommendations to stay here. The customer is your priority. We did not receive the level of customer service that e paid for and it’s disappointing to find the staff disingenuous and essentially uncaring regarding simple request. Integrity and service is essential at all times - this hotel lacks this aspect in every sense of the word. As a member of an Executive Board I will not refer any of my constituents here for any business venues!
