Went to the movie sat down in our seats another couple said we were in their seats. I look at the seat number we are not in the wrong seats. The manager said to follow him we are on the wrong day! Buyer beware the theater manager was not nice. Rio 24. The couple taking our seats were rude. The whole experience sucked! Why wouldn't you let us know at the counter? Save a lot of trouble. I know we are just 2 people out of thousands and it doesn't mater to this company. Some day it will when you can't pay the overhead.....
