You know, Capitalism is the backbone of the world economy, but the "Tournament system" that this show revealed goes to show you just how CORRUPT and backwards thinking big industry is. Pathetic. No matter if it's chicken, pork, beef, etc...These farmers SHOULD be treated with the utmost respect and integrity. Would respect and integrity cut profits? No. If anything treating their farmers in a legit manner would encourage better quality across the board. It would make for a happier and more productive industry. Why does it need to be a competition? solely for control over the farmer? That mentality needs to be weeded out and destroyed. I don't eat at these types of restaurants by choice and this show just cemented that choice for me! CLUCK YOU "BIG CHICKEN" !! Cowards...
