I started watching the drama for some light, fun pass time which it is but the story line is very bad. The only reason I kept watching it till episode 10 was I think because of how handsome and charming Lee Jun Ho is who captivates you to watch the show carrying by his looks alone just like the female lead who is also pretty but the plot of the show sucks. The writers put almost zero efforts with endless missed opportunities. At one hand Goo Won is shown to be a stubborn, arrogant man with a strong personality who also studies for YEARS in UK only to come back & do absolutely nothing having zero career ambitions which doesn’t align at all with his personality, it doesn’t make sense at all. The way he behaves with his career makes him look like a dumb, unserious, lazy couch potato, good for nothing type of guy which is beyond unattractive for women & specially for a woman who herself if extremely serious, sincere & career driven so how exactly she fell in love with him ? Makes no sense, beyond unrealistic. Also, the man hates people who fake smile from the core of his heart but he also falls in love with a woman who keeps smiling at all times (which I found very annoying & shallow character) he calls her ‘fake’ many times & yet he fell for her when he had no reason to ? That makes no sense either. The love is very forced when neither had reasons to even like each other & the siblings rivalry for power is very cliché plot but they didn’t even execute THAT in good way as the main lead never declares war & keeps saying he doesn’t want to compete which is very unattractive to be this incompetent & also a missed opportunity where the power war with smart, powerful moves could’ve made for such an interesting story line. Anyway, overall it turned out to be a disappointment in all regards except for the great visuals of main actor & actress.
