How do ppl find the show better than the movie? Marinette in the show is a manipulative, lying, and an obnoxious character who makes "clumsy" her whole personality. She falls on nothing every second. Marinette in the movie is actually just a quiet and shy girl who gets bullied. She's also clumsy but AT LEAST she doesn't fall on nothing. She acts like a regular teen! Adrien in the show is naive, clueless, and dumb. However, cat noir is definitely better but he is constantly getting belittled by ladybug and too obsessed over her. However, I like the Adrien and cat noir in the movie better because we get to see some character development. yes, cat noir isn't as crazy, wild, funny, and iconic as in the show, but rather rude and obnoxious too. However, I find that better because we later get to see that he can be sort of kind too. This literally could be/is a different universe than the show so we get to see different personalities of these people. Marinette and Adrien in the show don't develop any sort of character development. However, in the movie, we get to see that Marinette becomes more confident in herself and we get to see that Adrien becomes a little bit more kind yet teasing. We also get to see that Ladybug and Cat Noir get to work as a team and become more friends. In the show, Ladybug is always the leader and is rude to cat noir. however, in the movie, we get to see that they respect each other and see each other as equals. Chloe is also so important too! In the movie, we get to see that she is actually a bully. She can actually do something independently than spending her daddy's money to get marinette expelled or whatever. I like Chloe in the movie better because she's actually intimidating and a bully rather than a spoiled brat who can't do anything without money. How was marinette afraid of Chloe in the show! She's pathetic! Plus, Chloe had character development in the show but the writers took it away and made her annoying. The show was garbage! you have got to admit the ending of the movie was better than the show. The ending sent a message that you need to be with your loved ones who are still alive and not be sad forever for your past. It tells kids that you need to move on and be happy. The show is the opposite of that! In season 5, we get to see more a love story between marinette and Adrien rather than action. The show was barely a kids show anymore with the cringey love moments, etc. The ending for the show was horrible! What? Adrien's dad just dies and he gets his mother back? Everyone is happy and the end? The show's ending is by far the worst ending ever. I am so sad that that was the end because it is pathetic and disappointing. The movie, however, was way better! It actually sent a message to kids who were grieving! It even showed that Adrien's dad had a heart! He had character development! I have to admit that there were some negatives about the movie. yes, it was cringe, the kwamis were useless, ladybug and cat noir's powers weren't shown, and it was sort of disappointing. But you have to admit that it was probably ANOTHER universe. or maybe the writers just didn't want to focus the attention on ladybug or cat noir's powers but rather their teamwork. the movie had tons of thing that were different from the show but I think that's okay because change and difference is good! I think that the movie was definitely way better than the show but say what you want to say about the movie. However, this movie is definitely underrated and should get a higher rating than the show.

The more you watch the show, the more you really see how trash it is. There are a lot of ppl who love the show and are obsessed with it, but as you grow older, you get to really see how terrible and disgusting it can be. Marinette- Stalker, crazy, obsessed with ONE BOY, manipulative, liar, annoying, rude, disgusting yet she has no character development whatsoever and doesn't learn anything. She covers it with her "cute, quirky, innocent act." Ladybug- really annoying and rude to cat noir. He deserves so much better. Acts like she's the leader and a dictator. How is marinate the main character? Loving parents, they OWN PARIS'S BEST BAKERY, friends who love her, has a kwami who gives her advice, has a world famous uncle, best friends with a famous blogger, friends with a famous model, met a famous fashion designer, can pursue her dreams, etc. YET she still is PROBLEMATIC. "no one understands me" which is the definition of Marinette. Meanwhile, there's Adrien: dead mom, non-loving and workaholic dad, wants his dad's love, has no one to understand him including his best friend, craves freedom and love. THAT'S an INTERESTING character there! Adrien has far more problems than Marinette which makes him more interesting! The writers make him dumb and naive! And Thomas Astruc says "Marinette is just smarter" which makes no sense. Marinette is not smarter. they just made Adrien dumber. Kwamis: Tikki got kinda annoying and Plagg's cheese jokes got boring I hate the writers for getting rid of Chloe's character development. She had SO MUCH potential but the writers got rid of it because they "didn't like Chloe." That is such a sad excuse and it really sucks that they did that. The show just got worse. Zoe- came out of nowhere and is annoying. She's the average teenager with no interesting character/personality. She'll never replace Chloe and her bee costume sucks. Chloe's was way better. Marinette's friends are also weird and how they act are so annoying to me. All the characters in the show are WAY too dumb which is so annoying and unrealistic. Season 5 was the worst! It's so boring and I felt like I got more of Marinette and Adrien's love story than action with ladybug and cat noir. akumatizing ppl with the miraculous was so dumb and useless. It just seemed like a regular battle like in season 1 or 2. Marinette's crush for Adrien made no sense! What? He gave her an umbrella? How is that the cause of Marinette's obsession? Nah. I don't believe that she likes him for his personality but rather his looks and his popularity. The show sucked and how it ended was the worst. It was so weird how everyone was so happy now that Adrien got his mom back. HE LOST HIS DAD! HE MIGHT HAVE BEEN EVIL BUT JUST SO HE COULD GET HIS WIFE BACK. HE DIDN'T END THE WORLD. HE ENDED HIMSELF AND TRADED HIMSELF FOR HIS WIFE BACK AND FOR ADRIEN TO GET HIS MOM BACK! I don't know how far it is into the future for Adrien to heal from losing his dad, but I don't think it is far. This ending was confusing and terrible and gives the wrong message to kids. The move was so much better bc it tells kids/the audience that if you are grieving, don't do anything wrong but be happy with the ones you're with now. The show gives the opposite. The movie also gives the message "teamwork makes the dreamwork" bc ladybug was not a dictator or a brat but rather a companion and a PARTNER with cat noir. The show was the opposite of that too. Everything in the show sucked. Like really sucked. And it amazes me that Thomas Astruc believes that Miraculous Ladybug is better than Pixar. Really? Get your eyes checked bc this show is not it.
