It's tv not real life. It's very entertaining. If I wanted real life, I'd job-shadow a real firefighter. For 42 mins, for 22 Fridays, I get to escape and watch this show that is highly unreasonable - but I don't care because it's fiction. If you want real life firefighting, get to know a firefighter, or find a documentary. It's entertaining (and super cheezy), and that's all I care about.
