I Love watching it, but I would LOVE to be a banquet attendee. I would send almost everything back.
I would not eat anything tartare. Disgusting. i would not eat pigeon, quail, venison, partridge or the like.
I would not eat any part of a chicken but the breast. Any other part tastes disgusting.
I would not eat any meat that was served - not just pink these days, but positively bleeding! Why? Because the Chef doesn't want to wait until it is cooked.it used to be that meat was served slightly pink (yeuk). Nowadays, red meat us served when it is jellied in the middle. That is not cooked! That is seriously undercooked and disgusting. The Chef wants to serve me raw meat? Seriously? DISGUSTING!
I do not believe that the positive feedback we see at the banquet is totally representative of the many varied guests at the banquet.
Invite me, so that I can send dish after dish back. Which is what should happen. Most of them are totally inedible.
