Pretty lame and unoriginal. Done nicely enough but no tension and a total mess of a storyline , unconvincing plot and how many times we gonna see a person get knocked down just as they are about to reveal the bad news? Or a nun throwing herself off a building in flames , cmon it’s old and boring at this stage . I give it two because it was filmed nicely and the acting was fine but nah don’t waste your money you’ve seen this movie before.. a hundred times

Dreadful slog meaningless or at disjointed plot. I kept waiting for a story to reveal itself and it never did, lots of disconnected scenes with no relation to each other. Just went nowhere . Don’t waste your time

It started out quite well . I had hoped for a decent storyline but like so many films these days it went full blown special effects and massively over the top explosions and so on. It lost its way after about 40 minutes and I found myself yawning towards the end. As always with me if I can’t identify or feel any kind of connection with the characters then I really don’t even care what happens to them . Could have been so much better .

Appalling. Where do I start? It's so blatenly obvious what's going on here from the female and no doubt gay director. Historical facts don't matter in the slightest. The narrative here is to try badly to revise history to show an avalanche of gay / black / brown/ transgender/ characters as normal for the 16th century. As far as I'm aware there wasn't any black African advisors in the queens privy council, but hey what does that matter ? It's far more important to maintain a political correctness balance as opposed to actual historical truth. Bloody terrible.
