Be careful booking at Christmas time, more about that later! Nice hotel friendly staff, sometimes a little over helpful but all good. Room was good and facilities too. Now about the Christmas time theme!!! The Hotel Restaurant & Bars Pools Beach cafe basically everywhere in the Hotel continually played the same 6 Christmas Carols on a loop, the Carols were in a Bali theme. Eventually it became so annoying we couldn't listen anymore, and used the local area for entertainment. I know this sounds 'bar humbug' but it drove me mad, I would not have minded a few festive carols mixed with other songs but the continuous loop for 7 day night day and nothing else drove us up the wall.
