Although I'm typically not a TV afficionado, I have become obsessed with this series. The character development, plot line, and music are mesmerizing. The sets are absolutely incredible, nearly distracting in their authenticity and detail.
I don't see why this 1897 drama couldn't extend into the 20th century....
